Calform is a calcium and magnesium chloride combination that is given orally to cattle for their prophylaxis and treatment of hypocalcemia (low blood calcium levels). The formula has a quick and effective action, as well as a pleasant taste.
201g is the recommended daily dose, which can be administered as a single bolus or in a series of four. The first bolus is given as soon as the first signs of calving occur and the last one 24 hours after birth, to be taken along with milk.
